Fuxam builds state-of-the-art campus and learning management software for universities. Our clients are public and private universities, vocational academies, and educational institutions that want to future-proof their teaching, administration, and student processes.
As a Growth Marketing Engineer, you'll be responsible for our marketing across the entire technical chain: You'll manage our website yourself, instead of just briefing it. You'll manage Google Ads yourself, instead of outsourcing it. And you understand why SEO and AI search have become two distinct disciplines.
You'll report directly to management and be responsible for the marketing stack from day one.
What you can expect
- You'll independently manage our website: Next.js, deployed via Vercel, with Sanity as our headless CMS.
- You'll build landing pages for campaigns, segments, and markets without needing developer resources.
- You'll be fully responsible for Google Ads: structure, keywords, budget, creatives, conversion tracking, as well as LinkedIn for our target audience in university management.
- You build and optimize the underlying funnels: landing page, form, lead handoff to HubSpot.
- You are responsible for SEO in its entirety (technical, content-related, structural) and Answer Engine Optimization for all LLMs (entity clarity, citable content, topic clustering, monitoring AI visibility).
- You create your own designs: website screens, landing pages, ad creatives, sales materials, trade show appearances, and social media assets. Where external design services are more appropriate, you brief and manage them.
- You work with AI in your daily tasks: content pipelines, creative variations, research, localization, and automation between our tools.
- You are responsible for the internationalization of our marketing: localization, market-specific landing pages, and multilingual campaigns for Southern Europe and Latin America.
